✅ Returns for New, Unused Items

We accept returns on new, unused items within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

• The item must not show any signs of use or wear.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

❌ Final Sale on Used Items

All used items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item appears used, damaged, or not in its original condition.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
